This is an intensive five day course (can be spread over 5 weeks, one day per week, 35 hours in total) that trains real estate practitioners to better understand the leasing process.
Our instructor can go to your company or students can come to our campus in Mississauga, a hotel in the city where you reside, your local library, board of trade or any place suitable for you (subject to availability and college's approval) at your convenience. Distance learning is also available.

• Basics of rental calculations
• Common problems associate with rental calculations

Commercial Leasing Cases
