Court Cases Study - Commercial Real Estate Sales by Distance Learning This is a two days intensive course that talks about the important court cases concerning commercial real estate sales. Students have one to four weeks to complete this program and can take the advantage of distance learning (correspondence) so that they can work and study at the same time.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this course students will be able to:
Ø Understand how case law, common law and contract law apply to agreements Ø Be more alert to legal implications of clauses omitted or wrongfully drawn Ø Avoid drafting unenforceable or ambiguous agreement of purchase and sale Ø Apply basic rules in drafting good offer clauses Ø Know the rights and obligations of seller and buyer under the law
