Introduction

This course is for everyone, specifically for principal brokers, managers, sales and customer service staffs. It helps improving productivity, level of team bonding and quality of service internally and externally through better relationship building, motivation skills, confidence building and positive thinking.

 

With the examples of the successful leaders, the course helps you be successful not only at work but also in managing your personal / family life through maneuvering the interpersonal skills.

 

Pre-requisite: Be a Champion: of Yourself and People Around You (I)
 

At the end of the program, students will be able to:
